Renville County Sanitary Landfill

Renville County
Olivia, MN 56277

Overview

If you live in a rural area or a city without a garbage contract, please see the link in the left column for the current commercial waste haulers in your area who may be able to supply you with a garbage cart or dumpster. Check with the city administrator/clerk closest to your residence and inquire who their contracted hauler is for the best rate.

If you choose to "self-haul" your MSW (garbage), to the Redwood/Renville Regional Material Recovery Facility (MRF)/transfer station located in Redwood Falls, please make sure you meet the following guidelines:

~ Use a leak-proof container (garbage bags without holes or tote boxes, etc.)

~ Please use a tarped/enclosed trailer or truck to ensure that no garbage blows out while transporting to the disposal site.
