Glacier Ridge Landfill is a MSW landfill that originally opened in the early 1960’s and accepts MSW, C&D, non-hazardous industrial wastes and asbestos. Currently the site receives approximately 2,458 tons per day with no regulated daily maximum. Leachate is trucked to treatment facility off-site. Glacier Ridge Landfill is located in the Town of Williamstown, WI and host fees are paid to The Town of Williamstown, the City of Mayville and the Town of Hubbard. Currently the site enjoys a 15 year life expectancy. This facility is permitted to accept waste from all counties in Wisconsin and surrounding states and accepts waste from Advanced Disposal subsidiaries and third party companies.
