We have been this way since Bob Karnauskas and Jeff Heglund founded the firm in 1993. With our values and vision always at the forefront, we are growing bigger and better with every project we face. In 2007, six of the firms existing leaders took on ownership of NRT from Bob and Jeff and were proud to take the helm of a successful company. Driven to continue its success and growth, the Leadership Team of NRT set forth on a strategic plan that every staff member can contribute to and believe in.
